Our privacy policy
We do not rent, sell, or otherwise release any of our mailing or e mailing lists. We do not share or sell any information about our customers. Your
privacy is important to us. We use Pay pal for all of your online purchases, a trusted name for online business.

Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you
can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. If you would like to exchange an item, we will apply a credit towards the
new item. Shipping on original purchase is non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition with its original
packaging and all original tags attached.

Exceptions are made for any defective items. A replacement will be made for a defective item as soon as possible after receipt and upon examination.
Return shipping fees will be refunded for defective items with prior approval and with an approved shipment provider.

For refunds, we will send you a refund check or credit back your charge card (less shipping and handling charges), depending on your method of
payment. We refund shipping charges at ground service rates if we made an error with your order, or if something is defective.

Sorry but we can not return fabrics: this includes doll skin, velour, felts or swatches.
