SHIPPING METHODS
We use Priority Mail for all of our shipping, even internationally. It is arrives quick, is easy to track and who wants to spend time
waiting when they can be playing with or creating their new doll. We can do overnight if you are in a real hurry, but you'll need to
contact me at: dancingraindolls@yaho.com to discuss the details, prior to ordering.
We are conscious of the environment and recycle and reuse packaging materials when possible.
Purchases are generally shipped within 5 days, with the exception of weekends, holiday season. October-December
Listed below are our shipping charges. There are some exceptions to the chart for ground shipments:
1. Occasionally, especially for bulky items, shipping may cost more than in the chart below. Bulky items have a notation next to
them stating that they are over sized.
2. Anything that is flat, light, and can be shipped in a regular envelope in the mail: qualifies for minimum shipping rates. This is
actual postage plus $1.00 handing, minimum amount $2.00. If you are ordering just a pattern, swatches, etc., this applies. Note:
this will not show up on the shopping basket, we will adjust the order to the minimum as we process your order.
RUSH DELIVERY: add $15.00 Arrives 3rd business day after order placed on in-stock items.
RETURNS: We guarantee all our goods. You may return goods in original condition for any reason
within 14 days of shipping for a full refund less shipping costs.
