Waldorf doll making is such a wonderful gift of time, reflection and love.  Having the correct tools can really help you along the way.  
When you spend this much time creating a doll that you want your child to cherish, the last thing you want to worry about is weather or
not the needles that you used will run your fabric.  All of these tools are things that I personally use in my doll making.  If you have any

Beautiful wooden  crochet hooks glide easily though our mohair fibers for crocheting wigs.  Because of its tight grain
and extraordinary flexibility, bamboo has long been the preferred wood for knitting needles and crochet hooks.
By far these are my FAVORITE tool!  They are my hand saving tool.  I use

Doll Making Needles

These are wonderful pens and I use it to trace all of my patterns on the skin tone and fabrics for garments.  For best results,
use marking pen on washable fabrics to transfer pattern markings and quilt or craft designs.  To remove marks, rub gently with
clean damp cloth well moistened with plain water. Not recommended for dry clean only fabrics. Twin

Fray Check
Fray Check™ is a liquid seam sealant that prevents fabric from fraying and secures thread
ends, especially those areas you have trimmed to 1/8". It will not discolor or stain most
fabrics, always test on an inconspicuous seam to be sure. It is washable, dry cleanable and

Bamboo pointer & Creaser
Use to turn corners and points.  Ideal for feeding fabric toward a needle while machine
quilting. Also works as a creaser to press or fold fabric and paper.
Nylon Snap Iron-Safe
I have always had a hard time with metal snaps cutting my thread.  I was very happy when I
found these nylon snaps that are durable and will last as long as metal ones, plus you
won't get burned when these come out of the dryer! Iron-Safe Clear 18 sets Heat
resistant, can be ironed over by most home irons up to the cotton setting.
